Can you believe I'm actually blogging again? I've always wanted to update something here but I have been very busy, I am not even kidding. Now that I'm done with my FYP (thank goodness), and currently on study week, I guess a small update wouldn't hurt. I won't be going into details of how my semesters went but to summarize it all up: it was a helluva ride. As it should. There were ups and downs, of course. But I enjoyed it. Most of it.

While I'm typing up this post, know that my lymph nodes are being attacked and I am thisclose to having a fever. I'm supposed to be in Sound Design class right now but unfortunately my body decides to be all weird and squirmish. I'm at my mom's workplace, waiting for her meeting to end so that I can go see a doctor after this. This place is so freaking cold. Not helping with my current state at all. My hands and legs are shivering and it feels like there's a war going on inside my body. My throat feels like sandpaper and tastes bitter; gross. Not to mention, there's a huge painful lump in my mouth which, after further inspection, turns out to be a really big ulcer. I feel like a living dead. But then again, I'd say from the outside, I look fine. And my body temperature is normal, I think. Which is worrying me because what if the doctor doesn't believe that I'm sick and decides not to give me an MC? I can't afford losing attendance. Not this early. It's only week 3, ugh. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to skip classes on the last weeks of the semester. I don't want to get barred. It'll be so inconvenient. And I'm really tired.


I'm worried if I'm not able to go through this semester. Gradually getting weaker with every semester passing by. So are my grades and pointers. It's disappointing. Should I take LOA? Would taking some time off from Uni make me passionate and determined again? Or maybe I'm just wallowing in self pity and need to stop giving excuses. Either way, I need to make a decision quick.

UPDATE:
OK so it turns out to be a fever. Shocker. I was given, like, five medicines. Good luck finishing the antibiotics lol.

Some time last week I suddenly had a feeling that I should check on my blog. And while I was scrolling through my reading list, clicking on recent posts from people that I follow to read, I saw one of them has a Spotify widget on the sidebar and I was like "o wow.. i want that" so there it is, one of my (so very many) playlist on my sidebar. My playlist will be updated according to my mood or current fave songs so check it out luvs. Props to X for giving me an idea what to add to my blog.

Now that the playlist is there, should I continue making song suggestions post? I mean, who's gonna stop me anyway, right ;-) Might as well since I really like the tag #musicrec


I just started a new semester yaaaa(help)aaaay! So far I have skipped two classes on the first week whoops. Not intentionally, trust me 🤧 Monday classes are so depressing. I hope it'll get better. Based on the course outlines, the assignments are heavier than last sem. And last sem was a nightmare. Pray for me y'all. Wish me luck :'-) <33

ALSO, when I was on my way to class I passed by my senior. THE senior whom I had a crush on. AND GUESS WHAT? He looked at me (which is cool like ok whatevs). BUT THEN my body started to weirdly move to the side like I'm trying to give him space to walk pass me eventho there's alrEADY ENOUGH SPACE like WHAT R U DOIN??? Y'all.. that was so embarrassing. Like, why? Why I do that..? Let's just say yesterday wasn't the best Monday. I was also super moody throughout the entire day 😪


But hey! Tomorrow's another day and it's DnD Night ladiesss! And my friends and I are probably gonna have a picnic after class. I hope everything goes well <3

I was hoping that this day wouldn't come. At least, not so soon.

Recently, I developed a crush on someone who also happens to be a senior of mine. We barely interact with each other and I dreamt of him once and that was it. It doesn't make any sense that I'm falling for him, don't you think? Why would I fall for someone whom I don't even talk to?

But, oh God, just looking at him fills my stomach with butterflies. It gets worse when he looks at me back. Am I in love or am I scared of him? geez. Maybe, it could be both.

My last relationship ended a year ago, and I never had feelings towards anyone ever since.. until now. So it makes me wonder, am I just bored? Is that why I'm having some random crush on a random guy? I want to throw this feeling away. It's distracting. I felt nothing towards him before so why now? I just can't accept it. It doesn't feel, uh, natural?

For now I'll just let it be and hope that it goes away.

Second semester has already started. What a time to be alive! The first week just ended and can you believe that I have full day classes on a Friday? I was shocked to say the least. Whatever. Let's recap, shall we?

First day
Which was on a gloomy Tuesday afternoon. My body wasn't ready to sit through four hours of lecture. I was fighting the urge to sleep. Lost the battle and slept anyway. It was Film Studies and we were briefed about the class and watched an old comedy movie about Hitler. So, basically, I didn't really miss anything. After class, went to Sushi King and had $7 worth of sushi. Later that night, went for a movie (Jurassic World).

Second day
Class was fun. There was a storytelling workshop and the whole class discussed and made up a fanfic between a guy and a broom. Not gonna share any details. Anyways, went to A&W during break time. Went to Matsuri for dinner. Then, to the new 24-hour bookstore which was across from the dinner place. Bought some books.

Third day
Honestly I don't really remember what happened in class. Had a meeting later on. Went to the hypermarket and bought some stuff for an upcoming event. Then, had dinner at an Arabic restaurant but I ordered fish & chips. How basic.
